Put in oven at 300 for 2 hours 30mins.
Take the top sheet of tin-foil off. add BBQ sause.
And put it back in at 500 for 15 mins on boiler.
Done and ohhhhhhh weeeeeeee they are soooo good. I guarantee it.
Remember FDA says pork should be cooked to 145F to be safe.
I checked mine mine was at 180F and tender.
