I cut them about 3/8 inch think.
I make them about the size of the poem of my hand
marinate them overnight in whatever you wish to marinate them in make sure it has a lot of salt.
Stack them in my trays.
This is 6 1/2 pounds of Top Round Beef.
This is the nesco dehydrator that i have.
What i like about this dehydrator is that i can set the temp.
This is only after 2 hours. As you can see its coming along very nice.
cook time was 12 hours (due to the thinkness of them)
